Set in the serene and magical surroundings of the Peace Dome At The Ecology Center.
This one-day retreat is designed to guide you into alignment with the rhythms of the season.

Silent Tea Ceremony & Reflection

Begin your day with a grounding tea ceremony, allowing the quiet wisdom of tea to open your heart and mind. This sacred ritual sets the tone for introspection, gratitude, and intention-setting.

12:00-2:00 PM

Lunch & Nature Connection

Enjoy a nourishing lunch &  time to immerse yourself in the beauty of the retreat center’s natural surroundings. Whether through a quiet walk, journaling, or simply soaking in the tranquility, it is a moment to connect deeply with nature & yourself.

2:00-5:00 PM

3 Hour Sound Journey

Close the day with a transformative sound journey, featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. Let the frequencies guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, where insights arise, and energetic shifts occur.
